Marty Ciaccia

General Manager, Licensed Director

Born and raised in Frankfort, Marty is the son of Larry Ciaccia and Gina (Spado) Ciaccia. Marty has spent the majority of his adult life dedicating himself to funeral service; a path that began when he was just fifteen years old.

A Frankfort-Schuyler graduate with the Class of 2007, Marty continued his education at Simmons Institute of Funeral Service where he finished his degree in 2008. In early 2009, Marty began his Funeral Director apprenticeship and residency program with Eannace Funeral Home, Inc. of Utica. He became a NYS Licensed Funeral Director in April of 2010 (at the young age of 20 years old) and spent four years serving the families of the Greater Utica area. He also took a sabbatical to South Florida where he worked as a funeral home manager for a chain of corporate firms. Marty not only holds a license in the State of New York, but in the State of Florida, as well.

He had the opportunity in 2014 to return to his hometown of Frankfort and once again rejoin the Enea Family Funeral Homes and Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Homes of the Mohawk Valley. In 2017 his name was utilized in furthering the growth of that organization and the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home was established; he has served as a Licensed Funeral Director and the General Manager since that time.

In August of 2021, Marty was wed to the former Jessica DeMatteo of Rome, New York. The two have made their home in the hills of Frankfort. They enjoy time spent with their five nieces and nephews and their two dogs, Maverick and Duke.
