Obituary of Heather Bandel Miller
LITTLE FALLS – Heather Bandel Miller, age 48, of King Street, Herkimer, NY, went to be with the angels, unexpectedly, on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Albany Medical Center. She had been constantly supported with love from her family and friends. She was born on December 11, 1974, daughter of the late Gary Bandel, Sr. and Cathy (Lowell) Bellinger, in Little Falls and attended Little Falls High School and then Herkimer County Community College. Heather worked as a direct support professional with Arc Herkimer. Her favorite hobbies included storm watching, spending time with family and playing games. Our favorite memories are family cookouts, starting food fights and also starting mud fights at the “family” spot, known as the boat launch, in Little Falls. Surviving relatives and friends include: daughters, with Joe Watson-Miranda (Randa) Watson and Anna (Magoo) Watson; son-in-law, Kaelan Webster, Emma (Emma Lou) Webster and Thea (Bee) Watson; her uncle Jeff and Michelle Lowell, Jim Lowell, Amy and Brian Yero and Aunt Cindy; plus many cousins; and uncle/aunt, Dale and Sally Bandel; friends, Sherry McCray, Brandee Turrell Griffith and Karen Crapser-Rodriguez; her siblings: her sister, Traves Bellinger; and her brothers, Larry and Gary Bandel, Jr.; grandkids: Kadin Watson, Hailey Watson, Sophie Morotti and Clay and Oliver Herringshaw. She was known as “Gigi” and “Mimi.” Her predeceased family includes her mother, Cathy Bellinger; her father, Gary Bandel, Sr.; grandma Bandel; grandmother/grandfather, Jan and Clarence Lowell; Uncle/Aunt, Dale and Sally Bandel; partner in crime, Jessica Watson; and brother-in-law, Jimmer Watson. The family has arranged everything with Enea, Ciaccia and Applegate Funeral Directors.
