June: As you know Jim and I were both born in Herkimer Hospital in May of 1941. We grew up together as neighbors and best friends. I will always remember Jim for all of the things we did together in Mohawk and in school. I entered the US Air force in 1964 and spent 32 years in the south and missed all the people in Mohawk. I don't regret my service but Jim had a very ilusterious carrier in Mohawk and Ilion may he rest in peace. To you June, so sorry for your loss, please accept my deepest Sympathy. All my love Dave!!!!!!

Mr Tutty was such an influence in not just my life but in the lives of so many. He always believed in me and every other kid on our team. As a father figure to many, that bond never went away. As an adult with kids of my own, he influenced my decision to coach and build bonds that I still have to this day. The world has lost one of the truly great men. RIP Mr Tutty!
